Organisational Structure

Under the Secretary, Roger Wilkins AO, the Department is divided into three groups each under the control of a Deputy Secretary.

• Strategic Policy and Coordination Group
• Civil Justice and Legal Services Group
• National Security and Criminal Justice Group
