Bankruptcy Policy Section

The Bankruptcy Policy Section develops policy and law reform relating to Australia's personal insolvency system. The Section works closely with the Insolvency and Trustee Service Australia (ITSA) in formulating possible reforms and implementing changes to the system. The Section also maintains a close dialogue with industry through the Bankruptcy Reform Consultative Forum.
