National Legal Profession Reform - Consultative Group submissions

Below is a selection of submissions made by members of the Consultative Group on the papers released by the National Legal Profession Reform Taskforce and during the Taskforce’s consultation period. The Consultative Group was established to allow the Taskforce to draw on the expertise of, and facilitate consultation with, key stakeholders.

The Attorney-General’s Department reserves the right to edit (for example, remove defamatory material), publish or not publish submissions at its discretion. Please also note that the Department will only publish submissions that have been submitted electronically, with the following formats preferred: Microsoft Word, Rich Text Format, Portable Document Format, or Text. Hard-copy submissions will still be considered by the National Legal Profession Taskforce. However, they may not be published on this website.
